Smith’s American Tavern is looking for an experienced, confident, and hospitality-focused Craft Bartender to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and creates a welcoming bar experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
• Engage guests with a warm, knowledgeable, and friendly demeanor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Follow all responsible alcohol service protocols
• Support team members and contribute to a smooth, collaborative service flow
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and upsell where appropriate

Preferred Qualifications:

• 21+ years old
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Open availability including nights and weekends
