THE OPPORTUNITY

WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR CRAFT BARTENDERS - The Plaid Rabbit Speakeasy, a Craft Spirits Magazine Top 100 Craft Bar in America, is seeking an exceptional Craft Bartender to help take our bar program into its next chapter. Situated in the heart of downtown Tyler’s historic square, we are part of Heritage East, the acclaimed modern East Texas cuisine restaurant helmed by 2026 Texas Restaurant Awards "Rising Star" nominee, Cohon 555 winner, Food Network and Texas Bucket List featured Chef Lance McWhorter.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

◆ Own all facets of bar operations — staffing, training, inventory, and the guest experience from open to close.

◆ Develop and evolve our cocktail and spirits menus, pushing creative boundaries while honoring the craft that earned us national recognition.

◆ Lead content creation for our social media presence, bringing the speakeasy’s story to life visually and in voice.

◆ Represent The Plaid Rabbit in national media features, videos, and press opportunities — because they are already in the works.

◆ Collaborate closely with our culinary team to ensure the bar and kitchen speak the same language of excellence.

Experience:

• Craft Bartender: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• TABC and Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
