Overview
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team who can thrive in both customer-facing and operational environments. This hybrid position blends the art of hospitality in our craft beer taproom with the precision of managing warehouse inventory and logistics.
Taproom Bartender Responsibilities
- Serve and pour craft beers in accordance with brewery standards and state regulations.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience through friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Educate guests on beer styles, brewing processes, and flavor profiles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming taproom environment.
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Support taproom events, private tastings, and brewery tours as needed.
Warehouse & Inventory Control Duties
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and document product shipments to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred, must hold a WI bartenders license.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position with a mix of taproom and warehouse shifts.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
