Job Description:
As a Craft Cocktail Bartender at The Alchemist, you’ll play a vital role in flawlessly replicating our award-winning signature cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping maintain the distinctive ambiance that defines our establishment. This role requires precision, consistency, and a deep respect for the craft. Every cocktail is executed to exact specifications, ensuring our guests experience the same excellence with every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present all cocktails to exact recipes and specifications.
• Maintain precision, consistency, and quality with every drink served.
• Provide exceptional, attentive service to every guest.
• Keep the bar organized, clean, and stocked at all times.
• Work efficiently under pressure while upholding quality standards.
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth and consistent service.
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
