Craft Cocktail Bartender

We are seeking a talented and passionate Craft Cocktail Bartender with experience to join our team at The Esquire Tavern. As a craft cocktail bar, we value creativity, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering unparalleled service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cocktail culture, possess exceptional bartending skills, a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute innovative and high-quality craft cocktails using fresh ingredients and house-made syrups.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper handling and storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a craft bartender in a high-volume cocktail barr.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
• Strong understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to create balanced and visually appealing cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements or Certifications All bar staff will at all times have current,

valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification & Texas Food Server Certification. Additional training may be required at discretion of Senior Management.
