Craft Cocktail Bartender

Chef and Restaurateur Tiffani Faison and her Boston based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality, is looking for talented bartenders to join their front-of-house team.

We are looking for bartenders who don’t just pour drinks—they create experiences. If you love the art of mixology, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoy connecting with guests, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high‑quality cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency
• Engage guests with genuine hospitality and knowledgeable recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar setup
• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus, infusions, garnishes, and specials
• Work collaboratively with a team that values professionalism and fun
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and follow all safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern techniques
• Experience with craft cocktail programs
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
• Ability to multitask gracefully during busy shifts
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your craft

Pay: $23.41 - $28.19 per hour
