Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming manner, providing expert recommendations and personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and ingredients.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and food handling protocols to uphold health standards within the bar environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to coordinate beverage service seamlessly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create an engaging atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash transactions and inventory management.
• Experience working in the food industry or retail math knowledge is advantageous. Preferred qualifications include serving experience at nightclubs or in hospitality settings, retail math skills, basic brewing knowledge, and familiarity with catering or banquet operations. Candidates should demonstrate strong food industry awareness, excellent math abilities related to cash handling and sales, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
