Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails with precision, flair, and consistency, ensuring each drink meets high-quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our beverage menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety and food handling procedures.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies efficiently, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest IDs, monitoring alcohol consumption, and adhering to all food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members during busy nights to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in high volume, craft cocktail bar settings is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Toast.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills to accurately process transactions.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing craft cocktails.
