Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and professionalism, ensuring each guest’s experience is exceptional
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive customer service that encourages repeat visits
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure accurate cash handling at all times
• Assist in setting up for events like banquets or catering functions, providing seamless service during busy periods
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and promoting safe drinking practices

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems including Toast POS; strong basic math skills for handling transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
• Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs preferred; familiarity with serving in banquet or catering environments is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service
• Strong time management skills to multitask effectively during busy shifts
• Background in retail math, cash handling, and hospitality operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or food service venues
