This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artisan Chocolatier based in Pune. The Artisan Chocolatier will be responsible for creating high-quality, handcrafted chocolates using exceptional ingredients and creative techniques. Day-to-day tasks include planning and experimenting with innovative chocolate recipes, overseeing the production process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring aesthetically pleasing presentations. Additionally, the Artisan Chocolatier will collaborate with the culinary team to introduce unique offerings and continuously enhance the guest experience at Della Resorts & Adventure.

• Proficiency in chocolate crafting, tempering, molding, and decorating techniques
• Experience in creating custom chocolate recipes and using creative flavor combinations
• Knowledge of food safety standards, quality control, and proper storage practices
• Ability to manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and artistic flair
• Team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with culinary staff
• Culinary education or certifications, especially with a focus on pastry or confectionery arts, are preferred
• Prior experience in high-end hospitality establishments is an advantage
