Crane Operations & Coordination Executive

The Crane Operations & Coordination Executive is responsible for the management of crane operators and helpers, the coordination of crane movements, compliance documentation, attendance and travel management, fuel monitoring, and coordination with customers, accounts, and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant crane operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assign cranes and equipment to operators and maintain allocation records

  • Track daily crane movements and update Management

  • Manage crane relocation between sites and update records in Drive

  • Update crane working locations and operational status

  • Conduct PPE checks

  • Verify and maintain crane-related documents (Road Tax, Insurance, PUC, etc.)

  • Apply and organize gate passes for company employees and equipment as per client requirements.

  • Identify and report fuel short filling or theft to management

  • Incentives calculations

  • Ensure timely opening and closing of trip and travel sheets

  • Billing, Vendors & System Updates

  • Submit bills to clients on time and follow up for approvals and payments.

  • Collect vehicle logbooks, get them physically certified, and send them to the head office for billing

  • Compliance submissions


Candidate must have prior experience within the logistics or heavy equipment operations department, particularly handling cranes.


Example: Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in reputed industrial companies like L&T, RIL, RINL, Ashok Leyland, HPCL, or similar organisations known for structured operations and safety standards.


Requirements

  • Experience in crane or heavy equipment operations

  • Knowledge of safety, compliance, and certification requirements

  • Familiarity with ERP systems

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders

  • Field work required

  • Be willing to travel to different work sites as per operational requirements
