Overview

Crane Operator in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. We are looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cranes to lift, move, position and place equipment and materials. This position requires a safety-conscious individual with the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. The Crane Operator will earn a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate cranes according to established procedures to maneuver materials around construction sites or other industrial settings.
  • Inspect crane components on a regular basis to identify potential defects or malfunctions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and keep log books; adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper operation of crane controls and monitor operations from an elevated platform or cab.
  • Guide load motion by manipulating levers, pedals, switches and buttons.
  • Hook material onto rigging systems securely.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Maintain contact with ground personnel via radio or hand signals; observe surroundings for hazards.
  • Detect signs of malfunctioning equipment or faulty operations and report issues immediately.

Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Crane Operator
  • Excellent knowledge of crane operations and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
  • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift heavy objects
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., OSHA)
  • Aptitude in mathematics (basic geometry and trigonometry)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid certification from recognized institutions such as OSHA 30 hours for construction safety management (preferred)
