Union Dredgers & Marine Contracting Co. LLC (UDMC) is a leading UAE-based marine and civil construction company specializing in dredging, marine works, heavy lifting, and coastal protection projects. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled professionals to join us.

Position: Crane OperatorKey Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile, crawler, or marine-based cranes for lifting and positioning heavy materials.
• Coordinate with riggers and supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure all lifting tools are certified.
• Follow lifting plans, load charts, and all HSE/site safety procedures.
• Support general site operations when required.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Crane Operator License (RTA or relevant authority).
• 3–5 years of experience in crane operations (marine or construction projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lifting procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read and follow load charts and lifting plans.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.
