Crane Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join our team and support daily operations across project sites in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating different types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials in accordance with UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes (Mobile, Tower) safely and efficiently.
• Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment at project sites.
• Perform daily pre‑operation and post‑operation inspections to ensure equipment safety.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with the lifting team to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and checking essential parts.
• Report any malfunctions, hazards, or safety concerns immediately.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating cranes in the UAE or GCC.
• Valid UAE Crane Operator License – Category 8.
• Strong knowledge of lifting procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read signals and communicate effectively with the lifting team.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work on construction sites.
• Reliability, discipline, and strong work ethic.
