Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Crate Builder & Packing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building custom wooden crates, operating power tools, and handling fragile and high-value items with care. This is a physically demanding role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Build custom wooden crates and packaging for a wide variety of items including artwork, antiques, furniture, and oversized shipments
Operate power tools including chop saw, table saw, and hand saw safely and efficiently
Pack and prepare items for domestic and international shipping
Load, unload, and transport items to and from customer locations
Handle heavy items with proper lifting techniques
Assist with warehouse organization

Requirements:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in crate building, carpentry, or a related trade
Proficiency with chop saw, table saw, hand saw, and other power tools
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling fragile and high-value items
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Warehouse or shipping experience is a plus
