Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven CRE Coordinator to lead client relationship and operational activities. The ideal candidate will manage a dynamic team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve performance targets.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Utilize CRM software (preferably Zoho CRM) to manage clients, sales pipelines, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze data and prepare regular performance and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support departments for coordinated outcomes.
  • Train and support new hires, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
  • Identify operational challenges and propose actionable solutions for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including 1 year in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
