We are looking for a Creative & Administrative Executive who is passionate about both design and organization. The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design (Photoshop/Canva), social media management, and basic administrative coordination. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, managing our online presence, and assisting with daily academy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design posters, social media creatives, and promotional materials using Photoshop/Canva.
- Plan, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Capture and edit photos/videos of academy events, classes, and student activities.
- Maintain engagement on social media by responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, handling inquiries, maintaining student records, and supporting office operations.
- Coordinate with faculty and management for event planning and communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Canva (basic video editing is a plus).
- Good understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Passion for music, art, or creative industries is an added advantage.
