Role Overview

The Creative Agency Manager will be responsible for managing agency operations, leading creative teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for creativity and innovation in advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Lead creative teams in developing innovative campaigns across digital, print, and media platforms.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency’s portfolio and market presence.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with client objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in advertising.
• Mentor and inspire staff to achieve excellence in creativity and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in advertising or creative agency management, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and media strategies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR22,000.00 per month
