Creative & Administrative Team Lead
At our school, excellence is our standard. As one of Washington, D.C.’s leading Montessori-inspired schools, we are redefining early childhood education through creativity, imagination, and purpose. Every detail of our environment is designed to nurture wonder, confidence, and grace in young children — and we are seeking a dynamic Creative & Administrative Lead to help us tell that story to the world.

This candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all enrichment offerings are executed seamlessly, creatively, and with the level of excellence that defines our school. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to inspire both children and adults, combining creative vision with operational precision.
Key Responsibilities

- Teach or co-lead select enrichment classes (e.g., Story Time, Etiquette Experience, Art & Expression, Cooking) with warmth, creativity, and professionalism
- Design visually engaging materials — newsletters, digital campaigns, calendars, event content, and social media graphics if needed
- Capture and edit photos and videos to tell the authentic story of the program
- Coordinate internal and external communications with families, staff, and vendors
- Support onboarding of new parents through tours, orientations, and personal communication
- Maintain enrollment, registration, and compliance records with precision and discretion
- Provide creative and administrative support, including assisting with day-to-day operations and event execution (as well as at our other location)
