We are looking for a Director of Creative & Design to help lead creative strategy, content production, and brand storytelling at a growing organization. This is a hybrid role.
What You’ll Do

Lead creative strategy and develop multimedia marketing assets across multiple channels.

Oversee high-volume production of marketing collateral and standardized materials.

Manage a multidisciplinary creative team including design, copy, video, and production.

Implement workflows, systems, and AI tools to scale content creation.

Partner with cross-functional marketing and business teams to align creative with goals.

Manage external vendors and ensure brand consistency across deliverables.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.

10+ years of progressive creative and design experience.

5+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams.

Strong background in brand strategy, storytelling, and visual identity systems.

Experience managing high-volume content production and creative workflows.

Familiarity with AI tools or automation for content creation preferred.

Ability to operate in a matrixed, multi-brand environment.
