Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Advanced Arts & Crafts Teacher to conduct engaging, hands-on art sessions for 3 years old - adults. The ideal candidate should have excellent artistic skills and the ability to design, plan, and deliver fun, age-appropriate craft activities that encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression in children & adults.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and conduct structured and engaging arts & crafts sessions for aged 3 – adults

● Design and develop creative art activities such as painting, drawing, paper crafts, clay modelling, collage work, DIY projects, seasonal crafts, and theme-based art projects

● Design and implement recycling, sustainability projects for 3 years old to adults

● Encourage creativity, imagination, and individual expression in every activity

● Ensure all activities are age-appropriate, safe, and easy to follow

● Prepare all materials and set up the art station prior to each session

● Guide children in proper use of art tools, materials, and techniques

● Organize fun art-based games, challenges, and group creative projects

● Encourage creativity, teamwork, and participation during activities

● Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workspace before, during, and after sessions

● Display and appreciate children’s artwork to build confidence and motivation

● Report any incidents or concerns immediately to the camp management

Key Requirements / Qualifications :

● Relevant certification or diploma in Fine Arts / Arts & Crafts / Creative Arts or related field

● Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

● Valid Iqama / ID.

● First Aid & CPR certification.

● Child Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete before camp start)

● Police Report (obtainable via Absher and from home country)

● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching arts & crafts to children and adults

● Strong portfolio demonstrating creative art and craft work

● Ability to manage groups of children in a structured, safe, and engaging manner.

Personal Competency :

● Strong artistic and creative skills

● Highly creative, patient, and engaging teaching style

● Passionate about working with children in a fun, safe, and supportive way.

● Good knowledge of child-friendly art materials and safety practices

Camp Details : Summer Camp

• Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Reporting Time: 9:30 a.m.

Pay: ﷼200.00 per day
