Are you creative, organized, and interested in real estate media?

We’re looking for a Creative Assistant to join our team for the busy 2026 spring–fall selling season. This is a part-time, work-from-home role with a fun, collaborative small-business team—and the potential to grow into something long-term.

If you enjoy working with photos, video, and creative projects (and maybe even love browsing homes), this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and maintain media files and project folders
• Edit and upload completed photo projects
• Add logos and branding to short-form videos
• Assist with virtual staging and twilight edits
• Help keep our workflow smooth and efficient
• Pull the best media from projects to post on our social media.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro (Not Required)
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn
• Interest in real estate or home design is a plus (but not required)
• Thrives in all stages of chaos- from the slow climb to full speed
• Willingness to take direction

Schedule & Pay

• $15 - 18/hour
• 10 – 20 hours per week
• Morning availability required (starting at 8:30 AM)
• Primarily remote, with monthly in-person meetups in Omaha
