Creative Assistant (Charlotte, NC – Hybrid)

Job Overview

We are a rapidly growing media and marketing company focused on content creation and product-driven campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing - Content & Account Operations

• Create new TikTok accounts on company provided phones, and scroll the fyp several times per day
• Step in to record content when creators are unavailable
• Record short clips of products in store (no talking, and you're not on camera)
• Go Live on TikTok (no face necessary - the camera will be focused on the product, and you'll be pointing at it while saying a script we provide)

Logistics & Operations

• Handle product returns and organization
• Keep projects organized and moving forward daily

Who You Are

• Based in Charlotte, NC (required)
• Have a reliable car and are comfortable driving locally
• Comfortable using technology (social media, Google Drive, etc.)
• Comfortable on camera (or willing to learn)
• Comfortable going Live on Tiktok
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant direction
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay

• $16/hour starting pay
• 3-6 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Opportunity to grow to 8 hours/day

Additional Earnings & Growth
