The Journal Post Group is looking for a Creative Associate to join our dynamic team in Lahore. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Creative team to support and oversee day-to-day creative operations, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and content across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with designers, editors, writers, and social teams to deliver impactful, high-quality creative output that resonates with a global youth audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely under the guidance of the creative team to support and streamline day-to-day creative operations.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating a cross-functional team of graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
  • Support the development and execution of creative strategies that align with overall brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Oversee and review the creation, editing, and delivery of visual and written content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, maintains quality standards, and resonates with target audiences.
  • Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and concept development to generate fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Help maintain consistency in brand visual identity, tone of voice, and content cadence across campaigns.
  • Monitor and update content calendars, contributing to performance tracking and audience engagement analysis.
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends, platform innovations, and best practices in creative storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure timely, engaging, and consistent publishing.

  • Strong coordination – Capable of managing multiple projects, teams, and deadlines while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Content expertise – Familiarity with both visual and written storytelling, with an eye for detail in design, copy, and overall creative execution.
  • Trend awareness – Up to date with the latest digital media trends, platform updates, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Quality-driven – Committed to ensuring that all creative output meets high standards of originality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborative spirit – Comfortable working cross-functionally with social media managers, editors, and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Problem-solving approach – Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Communication skills – Able to give constructive feedback, articulate creative direction clearly, and contribute to brainstorming sessions effectively.
