We are looking for a Creative Associate who can bridge creativity and execution—someone who not only ideates and conceptualizes but also supports production coordination and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Content Development

• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Producers, and clients to conceptualize films, campaigns, and digital narratives.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions, storyboarding, scripting, and preparing creative decks.
• Research industry trends and competitor campaigns to strengthen creative ideas.

Assistant Director (AD) Functions

• Support directors during pre-production and shoots (shot breakdowns, scheduling, continuity checks).
• Coordinate between creative, technical, and production teams for smooth execution.
• Cue actors/participants and ensure script-to-screen delivery.

Production Coordination

• Manage logistics: call sheets, equipment bookings, location permissions, crew scheduling.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams during shoots.
• Track budgets, expenses, and procurement related to production.

Post-Production Support

• Work with editors, sound designers, and graphic artists for creative alignment.
• Review drafts, provide feedback, and support subtitling/versioning (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in creative/AD/production coordination roles (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visualization skills.
• Familiarity with video production workflows and on-set operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Passion for advertising, films, and digital storytelling.
