Creative Brand Lead

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

  • Create engaging and visually compelling designs for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Develop a wide range of marketing materials such as banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and email templates
  • Design website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI elements as needed
  • Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the brand’s identity and guidelines

Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements
  • Transform concepts and ideas into high-quality visual designs
  • Collaborate with copywriters and campaign managers to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns

Project Management

  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business requirements
  • Deliver high-quality work within specified timelines

Revisions & Quality Control

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs
  • Ensure all final deliverables are accurate, polished, and error-free
  • Maintain consistency across all creative assets

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Proactively suggest creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Continuously improve overall design quality and user experience

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is an added advantage
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing-focused work
  • Prior experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Experience working with international clients or remote teams
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing creatives
