Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
- Create engaging and visually compelling designs for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Develop a wide range of marketing materials such as banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and email templates
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI elements as needed
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the brand’s identity and guidelines
Content Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements
- Transform concepts and ideas into high-quality visual designs
- Collaborate with copywriters and campaign managers to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns
Project Management
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business requirements
- Deliver high-quality work within specified timelines
Revisions & Quality Control
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs
- Ensure all final deliverables are accurate, polished, and error-free
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets
Innovation & Trends
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
- Proactively suggest creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Continuously improve overall design quality and user experience
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is an added advantage
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing-focused work
- Prior experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams
- Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing creatives
