Creative Branding Lead

We’re looking for a Creative Branding Lead to join our Karachi office and elevate the visual identity of our brand. Someone who lives for storytelling, design language, and brand expression. Someone who can lead creative direction and set a high standard of taste, quality, and consistency across everything we publish.

This role works side-by-side with our Creative Operations Lead, sharing equal leadership in the Creative Department:
One drives execution & workflow.
The other shapes vision & quality.

Both report directly to leadership.

What you’ll lead

• Establish and maintain a high-standard brand identity system across all design formats
• Develop creative direction for campaigns, launch visuals, packaging, content, and digital assets
• Lead reviews and approvals for all major design outputs before publishing
• Build and enforce brand guidelines and visual systems
• Provide creative mentorship and feedback to designers
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to translate strategy into visual storytelling
• Guide creative thinking, concept development, and presentation style
• Maintain a consistent, recognizable visual language across all platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience within a brand or creative agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and campaign work
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and mentor design teams
• Mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and storytelling instincts
• Strong understanding of design strategy for ecommerce and social media creatives
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi

Nice-to-have

• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle branding
• Experience collaborating across international teams (especially US)
• Experience with video direction or UGC creative structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
