Creative Business Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to grow our hospitality and institutional projects. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in hotel styling, furniture, sculptures, artworks, and beautification projects for hotels, museums, parks, and public spaces, along with strong client interaction and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, pursue, and secure projects related to hospitality styling, hotel décor, museum and park beautification.
· Develop and maintain relationships with hotel owners, architects, interior designers, consultants, and project management teams.
· Understand client requirements related to furniture, sculptures, artworks, murals, and styling products.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, concepts, and quotations in coordination with the design and execution teams.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
· Follow up on leads, negotiations, closures, and post-sales coordination.
· Represent Karabi Art professionally during meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
· Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction during and after project execution.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in Sales and Business Development in the hospitality, interior styling, décor, furniture, or art industry.
· Good knowledge of hotel styling products, furniture, sculptures, artworks, and beautification materials.
· Strong client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into client-friendly proposals.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Any prior experience with hotels, resorts, museums, parks, or large-scale projects will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
