Creative Camp & Party Host

Overview
La Dee Da Children’s Art Studio in Sandy Springs, GA is an established business with an elite clientele serving the Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Dunwoody and East Cobb areas. We are looking for a professional. energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist for our bustling children’s art studio. Join our team to foster a fun and nurturing environment for kids to come and create art while providing impeccable customer support to our most discerning clients. This role requires weekends. (Off on Mondays)

Position Details

• Full-time: 35–40 hours/week
• $18 - 20/hour
• Paid training provided
• Summer trial period with opportunity to transition into a permanent role in October

Responsibilities

• Reliable transportation (candidate will make weekly runs to grocery store for party prep)
• Weekend availability (off on Monday)
• Climb Stairs (studio is in a multi level building)
• Being able to juggle responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
• Enjoy working with children ages 3 - 10 (in an organized classroom setting & over birthday parties)
• Detail- oriented
• Cheerful, outgoing personality
• Lift up to 40 lbs (unboxing frequent shipments and organizing storage area)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (must be able to speak confidently over the phone and provide impeccable customer support)
• Customer service and relationship-building expertise.
• Problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic.
• Integrity and leadership qualities.
• Passion for or interest in the arts & crafts is highly desirable. (art degree is not required, but must be a quick learner and have a flair for crafting)
• Social Media experience is a plus. (be able to photograph and video camps, classes and birthday events)
• Weekend Party host (events are on Saturdays and Sundays)
