Creative Consultant - Influencer Marketing Agency

Dubai Full-time In-office

I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded, international luxury & influencer-led creative agency to hire a Creative Consultant for their Dubai team.

This is a hands-on role for a designer / creative who genuinely cares about aesthetic quality, cultural nuance, and storytelling - and who takes real pride in producing beautiful, intelligent work.

Overview

The context

This leading influencer marketing agency works with premium and luxury brands across fashion, beauty, travel, hospitality and culture. Their standards are high, their clients are discerning, and their creative output is expected to reflect that.

The team is busy and growing - and this hire is about adding serious creative firepower, not headcount for the sake of it.

The role

This is a hands-on creative role, focused primarily on high-quality deck and presentation work - but with plenty of opportunity to contribute conceptually as well.

You'll be

• Creating visually exceptional decks, slides and presentations
• Developing creative concepts aligned with luxury, influencer and social-first thinking
• Working closely with internal teams and occasionally clients to respond to briefs and RFPs
• Helping elevate the overall visual and narrative standard of creative output

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who has:

• A strong luxury sensibility and a genuinely high aesthetic bar
• Excellent typography and graphic design skills, clearly shown in your portfolio
• Cultural awareness across fashion, travel, beauty and arts-led brands
• Confidence using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation tools such as Figma or Google Slides
• A collaborative mindset - open to feedback and comfortable working closely with others
• Experience in video or motion, and Arabic language skills, are both bonuses but not essential.
