Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Content Associate who is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and content that inspires action. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional with 1–3 years of experience in content creation to develop videos, reels, written pieces (short & long-form), and campaign assets across digital and offline platforms.The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and eager to experiment with formats to make MSU’s voice stand out in the education and skilling ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video content including reels, short clips, interviews, and promotional videos.
• Develop written content (blogs, articles, social media copy, newsletters, posters, brochures).
• Support the marketing team with campaign content, both digital and non-digital.
• Capture student stories, testimonials, and campus activities to highlight MSU’s vibrant culture.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to produce polished, high-quality outputs.
• Stay up to date with content trends, social media formats, and student engagement strategies.
• Ensure consistency with MSU’s tone, brand voice, and storytelling style.
• Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns, events, and activations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Media, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation (academic projects, internships, or freelance work also considered).
• Familiarity with video shooting/editing (even basic) and copywriting.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of content performance metrics.
• Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) is a plus.
