What You’ll Do Create engaging videos/reels/property showcases for social media campaigns. Design posters, flyers, brochures, and digital ads with strong visual impact. Manage and grow social channels with creative campaigns and content calendars. Run and optimize social media ad campaigns for visibility and reach. Edit/finalize team content: add subtitles, refine visuals, and publish. Turn draft ideas into full 360° marketing campaigns. Support website design & SEO, upload listings, and create/edit blog content. Core Skills Graphic Design & Branding Motion Graphics & Video Editing UI/UX & Website Content Management (e.g., WordPress) Basic 3D Visuals/Rendering Blog Writing & Editing Hands-on with AI tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma, etc.) UAE applicants: Videography is required (shooting property tours, marketing videos, podcasts). Requirements No prior company experience required—skills/portfolio matter most. Strong English, Malayalam, and Hindi communication (must). Ability to expand ideas, edit content, coordinate with team. Own laptop/PC, high-speed internet; responsive on WhatsApp/email. Nice to Have SEO basics, social media growth strategies, creative storytelling & content strategy.
