WBM is looking for a passionate, innovative, and trend-focused Creative Content Creator to join our media and digital team. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills in content creation, social media management, reels production, and visual storytelling.We are seeking someone who understands modern social media trends and can create engaging content that strengthens brand identity and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, Youtube content including reels, stories, posts, and campaigns
• Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media growth
• Write compelling captions and content for digital platforms
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
• Shoot and edit videos/photos for Social Media and marketing campaigns
• Design creative visuals, promotional posts, and brand content
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, aesthetics, and storytelling

Requirements:

• Experience in social media content creation and Instagram management
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities
• Expertise in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Knowledge of reels editing, transitions, and social media algorithms
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio is mandatory with application

Preferred Skills:

• Photography and videography skills
• Experience with influencer-style or brand content creation
• Understanding of audience engagement and content strategy
• Creative scripting for reels and short-form videos
