Help Us Create Viral Content for a Fast-Growing Startup

We are building the operating system for home service businesses.

Our software, Autopilot, helps companies run their entire business from one place including scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, payments, phone calls, texting, and marketing. Instead of juggling multiple apps, they can run their whole company from one platform.

Our customers are entrepreneurs who run home service companies like junk removal, cleaning, moving, landscaping, and more.

Right now we are growing quickly through social media content, and we are looking for a creative content creator to help us produce videos that educate, entertain, and attract thousands of new customers.

This is not just a video editing job.

We want someone who can come up with ideas, film content, and bring those ideas to life.

Think of this role as a creative partner helping us build a media brand around our startup.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your main job will be creating short-form videos for:

• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook Reels

These videos will help teach home service business owners how to:

• grow their business
• get more jobs
• run their company better
• use tools like Autopilot

You will take ideas and turn them into engaging videos that people want to watch and share.

Your Main Responsibilities

Come up with creative ideas for videos
Research trends and viral formats
Write simple scripts or outlines
Film content (screen recordings, stock footage, creative visuals, etc.)
Edit videos with captions, hooks, and engaging pacing
Help turn long-form content into multiple short clips
Test different hooks, formats, and storytelling styles
Collaborate with the founder to develop new content ideas

What Success Looks Like

You consistently create videos that:

• get strong engagement
• get shared and saved
• attract new followers
• bring new customers to the platform

Over time, your content helps us build one of the largest media brands in the home services industry.

Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience retention.

Schedule
Starts part time, but can become full time
