The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Creative Content Intern to join our Growth Team. You will take ownership of producing high-quality visual content that drives brand desire, engagement, and conversion across digital channels.

This is an on-site paid internship with a monthly stipend, offering potential for full-time employment based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Content Production

• Execute cinematic video and photography shoots at premium locations including showrooms, marinas, and villas

Video Editing

• Edit fast-paced, trend-forward short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) with professional audio syncing and transitions

Brand Design

• Create polished sales decks, social media carousels, and digital brand collateral

Trend Analysis

• Monitor and analyze social media trends to keep Esqyre’s content fresh and engaging

Required Technical Skills

• Proficient in both mobile and desktop video editing software
• Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Figma
• Experienced with cinematography hardware including smartphone gimbals and stabilizers

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Media, Film, Design, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and content creation abilities (submission required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Valid UAE residency or Student Visa

What We Offer

• Stipend: AED 1,500 – 2,000 per month

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
