Position overview
The Content Manager is responsible for executing and maintaining content across Enhance.MD’s core marketing and lifecycle channels. This is a hands-on role focused on turning strategy, product updates, and campaign plans into clear, accurate messaging across the tools and systems that support marketing and lifecycle programs.
This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset who knows how to bring ideas to life across channels and work within the tools that support execution. They are comfortable writing, editing, building, updating, and QAing content directly, and use modern tools, including AI, to create and iterate quickly while keeping work organized and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Content Execution & Maintenance
- Write, edit, and update content across:
- Paid media creative concepts
- Email (marketing and lifecycle)
- Website pages and landing pages
- Blog and educational content
- Translate campaign strategy, pricing changes or promotions, and product updates into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging
- Generate new creative angles, messaging directions, and content ideas
- Write and develop creative briefs that give clear direction and drive strong execution
- Maintain and refresh existing content as products, offers, or programs evolve
- Ensure messaging accuracy and consistency across channels
- Create creative assets in-house where appropriate, using modern and AI-powered tools to generate visuals, layouts, and content adaptations
- Use AI and automation-friendly tools to quickly produce, adapt, and refine content without relying on design for every update
Campaign Support and Execution
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, lifecycle programs, and launches
- Bring creative concepts to life within marketing platforms and tools
- Work comfortably within marketing platforms and content systems, using tooling and AI-assisted features to implement updates efficiently and troubleshoot basic issues
- Provide clear direction and feedback to designers to support efficient execution
- Help manage updates across platforms and tools as campaigns change or scale
- QA content across channels to ensure correctness, clarity, and alignment
Performance-Informed Updates
- Review creative performance metrics across channels (e.g. engagement, CTR, CVR, retention signals)
- Identify which messages, formats, and creative approaches perform best across channels
- Apply learnings to future campaigns and ongoing lifecycle content
- Stay up to date on competitive messaging, positioning, and creative trends.
- Regularly review competitor sites, ads, emails, and landing pages to identify opportunities and gaps
- Support testing efforts through new concepts, messaging angles, and creative variations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally on campaign launches, pricing messaging, and promotions
- Collaborate with Social/Affiliates to align content themes and positioning
- Work with Product, Operations, and Development on launches, feature updates, and member communications
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3–6+ years experience in content, marketing, or lifecycle roles
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to come up with messaging that is differentiated and effective
- Experience working with performance data to inform creative decisions
- Strong technical comfort working across marketing tools, platforms, and content systems.
- Comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to create, adapt, and iterate on content efficiently
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with email platforms, CMS tools, and paid media workflows
- Experience working in Webflow and/or Magento environments
- Understanding of lifecycle marketing and retention-focused content

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager who thinks like a marketer, creator, and builder.
This role owns how Enhance.MD shows up across marketing and lifecycle channels. You’ll take strategy, product updates, and campaign goals and turn them into original, high-impact creative that drives attention, engagement, and conversion.
This isn’t just execution, we’re looking for someone who brings ideas. Someone who can develop fresh angles, compelling messaging, creative concepts and then bring them to life quickly.
You should be deeply creative, hands-on, and AI-native, using modern tools to explore ideas, produce content, and iterate at speed while maintaining a high bar for quality.
What You’ll Do
AI-Driven Creative & Content Creation
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, explore variations, and unlock new creative directions
- Rapidly test different tones, formats, hooks, and creative approaches
- Create content and lightweight assets (copy, visuals, layouts, light video) using modern, AI-powered tools
- Continuously refine your workflow to increase both speed and originality
You’re likely already experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Canva/Figma AI, Notion AI, or similar.
Creative Development & Execution
- Develop original messaging, campaign ideas, and creative concepts across:
- Paid media
- Email and lifecycle
- Landing pages and website
- Blog and educational content
- Turn strategy, promotions, and product updates into clear, compelling, conversion-focused messaging
- Write, build, and launch content directly across marketing tools and platforms
- QA and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Maintain and evolve content as campaigns and products change
Performance & Iteration
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, engagement, retention signals)
- Identify high-performing messages, formats, and creative patterns
- Apply learnings to improve campaigns and lifecycle content
- Bring new ideas into testing—balancing optimization with creative innovation
- Stay current on competitive messaging and emerging trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations on campaigns, launches, and updates
- Align with Social and Affiliate teams on messaging and creative direction
- Collaborate with design when needed, while remaining highly self-sufficient
What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years in content, marketing, or creative roles
- Strong creative instincts and ability to develop differentiated, high-impact ideas
- Direct-to-consumer (DTC) and/or ecommerce experience, with a strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing
- Proven ability to create high-performing marketing content across channels
- Experience using AI tools as a core part of your creative workflow (ideation, content generation, iteration)
- Comfortable working hands-on across marketing tools, CMS platforms, and content systems
- Experience using performance data to inform creative decisions
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
