Creative Content Producer / Reel Director – Fashion Brand (Karachi)

Mataish is looking for a highly creative and fashion-forward Content Producer who can direct, plan, and execute engaging reel content for our clothing brand.

We are not looking for a typical social media manager.
We need someone who understands fashion aesthetics, storytelling, luxury branding, and viral short-form content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct Instagram/TikTok reel concepts
• Guide models during shoots
• Create moodboards and shot ideas
• Capture behind-the-scenes content
• Stay updated with fashion and social media trends
• Coordinate with our graphic designer and video editor
• Develop content ideas for launches, campaigns, and daily posting
• Create high-performing hooks and storytelling concepts
• Ensure content aligns with Mataish’s luxury and elegant brand identity

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fashion content and aesthetics
• Experience with Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
• Good eye for styling, posing, lighting, and framing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage shoot flow and content direction
• Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred
• Basic shooting skills using iPhone or camera preferred
