Creative Content & Production Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Creative Content & Production Specialist to join our team in the sewing and bag-making industry. This role combines content creation, marketing copywriting, and production coordination to support product launches, programs, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently while maintaining brand standards.

You will write compelling copy, coordinate timelines, and support marketing programs such as our kit launches, Cork Club, Educator Program, collaborations, affiliate initiatives, and tradeshows. The right person thrives under pressure, adapts when timelines shift, and protects the brand’s reputation in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copywriting

• Write engaging, clear, and brand-aligned copy for:
• Product descriptions
• Promotional campaigns and sales
• Print marketing materials (catalogs, flyers, inserts)
• Email campaigns (as needed)
• Website and product launch content
• Develop scripts for video tutorials and promotional content
• Review and refine existing copy for clarity, consistency, and impact

Marketing Production & Operations

• Develop and maintain the Marketing Production Schedule for campaigns and product launches
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
• Manage logistics and communication for product samples, photography, and marketing assets
• Maintain organized systems and documentation for campaigns

Program & Partnership Support

• Provide creative and production support for:
• Kit concept development and launches
• Cork Club and Educator Programs
• Affiliate Program and brand collaborations
• Tradeshows and marketing events
• Professionally communicate with educators, affiliates, collaborators, and partners
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized, systems-minded, and proactive
• Confident managing deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent professional communication and follow-through
• Calm under pressure when timelines or logistics change
• Comfortable balancing creative work with operational responsibilities
• Experience in sewing, bag-making, crafting, or handmade products is strongly preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
