The qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in snappy writing, ability to take compelling photos and some design sensibilities. Editing skills or a want to learn. Proficient and familiar with various platforms (IG, TikTok, YT, FB) and have a compelling social presence of your own.

Entry level or 1-2 years of experience. The most important qualification: eager, ready and willing to learn.
