Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Content Strategist who can develop compelling content ideas, lead creative campaigns, and shape impactful brand narratives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge creativity with strategy, ensuring all content aligns with business objectives and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with AUK Group’s brand vision and marketing goals
• Conceptualize and lead integrated creative campaigns for digital, social media, and influencer platforms
• Write high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for ads, social media, websites, and campaigns
• Create clear influencer briefs and guide influencers to ensure consistent brand storytelling
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Digital, and Performance teams to execute creative concepts
• Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all communication channels
• Analyze campaign performance and refine content strategies based on insights and trends
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends, content formats, and social media culture

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative content, copywriting, or content strategy role
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and conceptual thinking skills
• Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer marketing
• Ability to translate brand objectives into creative and impactful campaigns
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs130,000.00 per month
