Creative Content Strategist

(EBS) is a UAE based Accounting & Bookkeeping firm of experienced Chartered Accountants, providing various services to clients in the Fields of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. We are looking for a Junior Accounts Associate to join our incredible team.

Reports to: Marketing Director / Founder
Collaboration: Works closely with the In-house Graphic Designer
Role Overview
We are looking for a trend-obsessed, strategically-minded Creative Content Strategist to lead our brand’s presence across all social channels. You aren't just "posting to Facebook"—you are the architect of our digital persona.
You will be responsible for spotting emerging trends, translating them into our brand voice, and directing our Graphic Designer to create high-performing visual assets. You are part editor, part producer, and part community manager.
Core Responsibilities
1. Trend Spotting & Strategy
* Monitor the Pulse: Stay ahead of the curve on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to identify trends before they peak.
* Content Pillars: Develop and maintain a content calendar that balances promotional, educational, and "viral" entertaining content.
* Platform Mastery: Adapt a single piece of news or a product launch into platform-specific formats (e.g., a formal LinkedIn post vs. a chaotic TikTok trend).
2. Creative Direction
* Design Briefing: Work with our Graphic Designer to produce thumbnails, carousels, and ads. You provide the "why" and the "hook"; they provide the "polish."
* Lo-Fi Production: Use your phone to capture "behind-the-scenes" footage, quick interviews, or "Day in the Life" content that doesn't require a full production suite.
* Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and on-screen text that stops the scroll and encourages engagement.
3. Channel & Community Management
* The Voice: Manage the daily posting and community engagement (comments/DMs) to ensure our brand feels human and responsive.
* Performance Analysis: Review weekly analytics to see what worked and what didn't. Use data to pivot the creative strategy for the following week.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3+ years managing social media for a brand or agency.
* Platform Native: You should be a "heavy user" of social media personally. You understand the nuances of different algorithms.
* The "Eye": You have a strong aesthetic sense. Even if you aren't the primary designer, you know what a "good" layout looks like.
* Agility: You can write a witty response to a trending news story within 20 minutes of it happening.
* Tech Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling tools (Loomly, Sprout, Hootsuite) and basic mobile editing apps (CapCut, Canva).
