Creative Content Strategist & Copywriter (Social Media)

Role Overview
We are hiring a creative Content Strategist & Copywriter who can research brands, understand target audiences, generate content ideas, write hooks/captions, and create scripts for social media videos. Your role is to plan content that drives engagement, followers, and conversions. Writing blogs and website content is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Research brands, competitors, and industry trends
• Generate content ideas for reels, static posts, carousel posts, stories, and campaigns
• Write attention-grabbing hooks, captions, taglines, and CTAs
• Write video scripts for reels and ads content
• Create monthly content plans and content calendars
• Collaborate with design and video editing teams for execution
• Suggest creative angles and marketing ideas based on goals
• Track content performance and recommend improvements
• (Optional) Write blogs and website content to support brand marketing

Skills & Experience

• Strong writing, storytelling, and script-writing skills
• Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ability to research and convert insights into engaging content
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Basic Canva or design knowledge is a plus
• Experience in marketing or agencies is a plus
• Blog and website content writing experience is a plus

• Can meet deadlines and deliver ideas efficiently
• Understands brand voice and audience psychology
• Enjoys writing scripts and crafting “viral-ready” content
• Ability to write long-form content for blogs and websites is an added advantage

Compensation

• Salary based on skill and experience
