We are looking for a highly creative Senior Copywriter who can take conceptual ideas and
transform them into compelling, engaging written content — particularly for digital and
electronic media. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Hindi and English, a deep understanding of branding and marketing, and the ability to adapt tone, style, and
messaging to suit a variety of audiences and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic copy frameworks that align with overall brand and marketing objectives.
· Write clear, compelling, and persuasive content for a wide range of platforms
· including social media, email campaigns, websites, digital ads, and print materials.
· Take full ownership of brand voice and communication
· Confidently managing and executing campaigns independently.
· Collaborate closely with designers, marketing managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
· Lead ideation and creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, audience-centric ideas to the table.
· Conduct market research and audience analysis to ensure content is relevant, targeted, and competitive.
· Edit, proofread, and ensure all content is grammatically accurate, on-brand, and aligned with the company’s tone and visual identity.
· Analyze content performance metrics and iterate copy for higher engagement, conversion, and ROI.
· Stay up to date with evolving trends in content, advertising, and consumer behaviour —and integrate best practices into day-to-day work.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Copywriter or Senior Copywriter, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Hindi
· Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital platforms (social media, websites, ad campaigns, etc.)
· Solid understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital marketing principles
· Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging copy tailored to various target audiences
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
· Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate content quickly and effectively
· Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns and managing brand tone of voice
