Creative Copywriter

We’re looking for someone who can own both sides of the growth coin — Creative storytelling + Performance marketing PnL.

What you’ll do:

• Visualize and execute ad creatives — static posts, videos, and motion visuals — across Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Translate scripts and ideas into scroll-stopping visuals (you’ll collaborate closely with our script and strategy team).
• Track, analyze, and scale campaigns — you’ll fully own the performance marketing PnL.
• Continuously test creative hypotheses and identify what moves the metrics — CTR, CAC, retention, etc.
• Manage creative pipelines and work with editors, designers, or agencies when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, social psychology, and ad performance.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager + YouTube Ads.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, content-first environment.
• Bonus: Experience in health/wellness or D2C brands.
