The Role:
We are seeking a talented bilingual Creative Copywriter (English - Arabic) who excels at transforming complex material from diverse sources into compelling and impactful stories that resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborating closely with clients and brands, embracing entrepreneurial spirit, and thriving in dynamic environments.
Not confined to simply following a creative brief or rephrasing existing content, the ideal candidate will merge a profound comprehension of industry trends and challenges with a versatile skill set encompassing copywriting, research, conceptual ideation, and content project planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Craft creative and innovative content in both English and Arabic that captivates audiences and encourages sharing.

Produce various types of content, including short and long-form articles, social media captions, blog posts, emails, headlines, banner copy, and website content, in both languages.

Develop case studies, pitches, concept decks, content scripts, brochures, toolkits, guides, and other written materials in English and Arabic.

Adapt and repurpose existing content for different purposes and platforms while ensuring linguistic and cultural appropriateness.

Master a variety of brand voices to maintain consistency across content, and ensure that all content is clear, accurate, and adheres to established style guidelines in both English and Arabic.

Work closely with clients to develop strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution in both languages.

Present and articulate concepts effectively to clients in both languages.

Tailor content to suit the audience in both languages, making technical information accessible to both technical and non-technical users.

Conduct thorough research in both English and Arabic to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.

Utilize experience in researching keywords to optimize content for search engines in both languages.
Qualifications:

2-5 years of copywriting experience with an agency or brand.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent command of both English and Arabic (knowledge of various Arabic dialects is a PLUS).

Familiarity with project management software is recommended.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.

Experience in writing for digital/social platforms, including content creation with SEO in mind.

Knowledge of Social Media Best Practices (Paid and Organic).

Proficiency in specialized writing tools and software.

Ability to create compelling content that resonates across multiple mediums.
