Creative Design Architect

The Creative Design Architect supports the development of innovative design solutions, contributes to conceptual and detailed architectural work, and prepares quality drawings, models, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing concept and schematic design proposals.
• Produce drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and visual presentations.
• Support design development and coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct research on materials, design trends, and technical solutions.
• Prepare project documentation and design packages.
• Participate in design reviews and client meetings when required.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual ability.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual thinking and design visualization skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
