Creative Design Director

The Creative Design Director provides overall creative leadership, establishes the design vision for the company, and ensures design excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the company’s creative direction and design standards.
• Lead design strategy and high-level creative decision-making.
• Oversee all concept and detailed design outputs across teams.
• Mentor senior architects and develop the creative capabilities of the department.
• Represent the company in major client meetings, presentations, and competitions.
• Collaborate with business development to support project acquisition.
• Ensure that all design solutions are innovative, functional, and commercially aligned.
• Oversee project performance, quality, and creative delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of experience, including leadership in design-driven firms.
• Award-winning portfolio demonstrating strong creative vision.
