Creative Design Intern

Location: Dubai, UAE

Are you passionate about branding, social media and visual storytelling? Do you want to work on campaigns that live at the intersection of sport, culture and entertainment?

At elevargrowth, we help brands earn attention through creativity. From social-first content and brand identities to integrated campaigns, we create work that people genuinely want to engage with.

We’re looking for a Creative Design Intern to join our team in Dubai. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on agency experience, work on live client projects, learn from experienced creatives and build a portfolio that goes beyond university assignments.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing creative assets for social media, digital platforms, presentations and integrated campaigns.
• Supporting brand identity and campaign development through moodboards, visual research and concept exploration.
• Creating and adapting assets across multiple formats and platforms.
• Preparing artwork for production, ensuring files are organised and ready for handover.
• Collaborating with designers, strategists and content creators throughout the creative process.
• Participating in creative reviews and applying feedback to continuously improve your work.

What we’re looking for

• A strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion design is a strong advantage.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, original thinking and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Bonus points if you…

• Experiment with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly or Midjourney.
• Enjoy branding, advertising and creative campaigns.
• Have personal creative projects outside of university.
• Follow trends across sport, fashion, culture or entertainment.
• Have basic photography, videography or motion graphics skills.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Based in Dubai.
• Valid UAE Residence Visa.
• Available to work from our Dubai office.
