Designation: Creative Design Lead

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Experience: 6-8 years

Probation: 3 months

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range (monthly): 50–60k (based on experience and expertise)

Description:

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Creative Design Lead who can lead creative strategy while actively contributing to execution. This role is ideal for a senior designer ready to step into leadership—owning brand visuals, improving creative quality, and introducing AI-driven tools and efficient processes to reduce turnaround time. You will manage and mentor the design team, ensure brand consistency, and work closely with business leadership to deliver impactful, timely creatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall design vision, creative strategy, and brand visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership team to translate business objectives into impactful creative strategies and outputs.
• Lead end-to-end conceptualization of high-impact campaigns, ensuring creativity, consistency, and innovation.
• Establish and enforce brand guidelines, design systems, and quality benchmarks across all creative outputs.
• Oversee, review, and approve all design deliverables, ensuring the highest standards of aesthetics and execution.
• Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of designers through structured training and feedback.
• Integrate AI-powered design, automation, and workflow tools to optimize productivity and significantly reduce turnaround time.
• Design and implement efficient creative workflows, approval processes, and resource allocation models.
• Balance creative excellence with speed, scalability, and business priorities.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and AI innovations to keep the brand visually competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong, strategic portfolio demonstrating brand leadership, campaign thinking, and design systems.
• Proven experience heading or leading a design/creative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, digital platforms, and performance-driven creatives.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline creative production and decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think both creatively and commercially, aligning design outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma etc.).
• Strong expertise in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand systems.
• Experience building design processes, mentoring teams, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-based creative tools, workflow automation, or design intelligence platforms is highly preferred.
