Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Design Trainer with in-depth knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, branding principles, design principles and end-to-

end design workflows. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging training

sessions, mentor students, and help build a strong design foundation for aspiring

creators.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct engaging classes on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as part of our

Creator Course.

* Teach fundamental and advanced design concepts, including layout,

typography, color theory, and composition.

* Provide hands-on guidance on branding, identity design, and real-world design

workflows.

* Assist students in creating portfolio-worthy projects.

* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.

* Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve and evolve the design modules.

* Inspire students to push creative boundaries and think strategically.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.

* Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.

* Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and practical

way.

* Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is preferred.

* Passionate about teaching and guiding creative minds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
